We have a 30-day right of withdrawal. But please note that we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. In our product descriptions, we try to describe our sizes as accurately as possible and hope that returns will not be necessary in the first place. In case of a return, please Return costs apply. The return costs of €4.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you exchange an item, we will, of course, send you the new one free of charge. This means there are no return shipping costs for an exchange.
