Where is your clothing produced?
Our garments are manufactured in northern Portugal. All of our suppliers are located between Porto and Braga, and we visit them regularly. Our long-standing collaboration and proximity to our producers are very important to us.

Do you have a sustainability certificate?
Yes, we are GOTS certified !
GOTS – the Global Organic Textile Standard – is the world's leading standard for organically produced natural fibers. The certification combines environmentally friendly standards with strict social criteria throughout the entire supply chain. With GOTS-certified fashion, you can be confident that it has been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, as well as in a manner that is safe for human health and social well-being.
After each new audit, we are extremely proud and happy to hold our fresh certificate in our hands. In an annual audit lasting several hours, we are questioned by independent testing institutes on all environmental and social criteria and must provide extensive evidence of compliance with these criteria. All our partners throughout the supply chain undergo the same audit. It's a considerable effort and costs money. But it's worth it to us, and it's the only way to ensure that environmentally conscious and socially responsible behavior isn't just a slogan, but is truly pursued.

How do your sizes fit? Are there size charts?

Are your clothes pre-washed?
Yes, our garments are pre-washed during the production process in Portugal. Why?
By pre-washing, we minimize the risk of shrinkage, ensuring our garments retain their shape even after multiple washes. This process also ensures a softer feel by making fabrics smoother and more comfortable against the skin.
Another important aspect is color and material stability. Excess dyes are removed during production, preventing subsequent color loss or discoloration.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-3 working days.
Outside Germany, please allow 3-4 working days .
Please note that delivery times also depend on our shipping providers. They will do their best to deliver your order on time.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany: 4,90€
Shipping to EU countries: 8.90€
Local Delivery Fee: 3.00€
Shipping is free for orders over €180.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship orders within Germany and to all EU countries. Please note that delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the country.
For delivery to Switzerland, please order directly from our Swiss shop: https://dirts.ch/
Which shipping providers do you work with?
We ship within Germany with DHL and to other European countries with DPD.
For all addresses within a 20 km radius of Aschaffenburg, deliveries are made by our employees via bicycle courier or on foot as part of the Local Delivery Service.
Can I also pick up my order from you?
Yes, you can pick up your order from us free of charge by selecting "Pickup in Store" when placing your order. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Pick-up takes place at our showroom: Lange Str. 29, 63741 Aschaffenburg.
I made a mistake with my order (e.g., size, delivery address). What now?

You can track your order from the moment it's shipped using the tracking information provided by email.

Payment & Vouchers
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with credit card, Paypal or Klarna.
Are there gift vouchers?
Yes, you can easily purchase gift vouchers in our shop.
Click here to go directly to the voucher.
Our vouchers are delivered by email to the specified address and can then be printed out to give as a gift. They contain a unique code that must be entered during the payment process. The code is valid until the balance has been used up.
There is no general expiration date for the voucher.
Returns & Exchanges
How does a return work?
For returns from Germany, we offer a digital returns process. You can easily register your return via the returns portal. Our return period is 30 days.
Go to the returns portal here .
There you can create your return label, print it, and attach it to your package. Alternatively, you can email the label to yourself and show the QR code to DHL. DHL will then print the label for you on-site.

Wie hoch sind die Retourenkosten?
Die Retourenkosten betragen 4,90 €.
Bei einer Retoure gegen Shopguthaben fallen keine Retourenkosten an. Diese übernehmen wir in diesem Fall.
Die Retourenkosten decken nur einen Teil der tatsächlich entstehenden Kosten wie Versand, Verpackung, Handling und Reinigung ab. Einen weiteren Teil der Kosten übernehmen wir. So teilen wir uns die Rücksendekosten fair auf.
Retouren verursachen Kosten für Versand, Bearbeitung und Lagerung. Außerdem belasten sie die Umwelt. Um bewussten Konsum zu fördern und nachhaltiger zu handeln, erheben wir eine Retourengebühr. So können wir faire Preise für alle Beteiligten gewährleisten und gemeinsam Ressourcen schonen.
Die Retourenkosten werden dem Rückerstattungsbetrag abgezogen. Dies wird auf der Rückerstattungsbenachrichtigung auch nochmal aufgeführt.
Bei der Option Shopguthaben fallen keine Retourenkosten an. Bei einem Umtausch schicken wir dir das neue Kleidungsstück aber versandkostenfrei zu.
Was bedeutet Shopguthaben?
Bei einer Retoure gegen Shopguthaben fallen keine Retourenkosten an. Diese übernehmen wir in diesem Fall.
Shopguthaben ist ein virtuelles Guthaben, das direkt im Kundenkonto gespeichert wird. Anstatt dass der Betrag einer Retoure über die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode zurückerstattet wird, kannst du dich dafür entscheiden, ihn als Guthaben im Shop zu behalten. Dieses kannst du dann bei deiner nächsten Bestellung zur Zahlung nutzen.

Do you offer an exchange?
Yes, we do accept exchanges. Please use our returns portal for this as well. You can exchange the item(s) for a different size, color, or even for a different item of clothing. Of course, the desired item is available.

Yes, our return period is 30 days.
How is the refund processed?
Once we receive your return, we will endeavor to process it as quickly as possible. Depending on volume and payment method, the refund may take up to 7 days .
Refunds will be made exclusively via the payment method you selected when placing your order. Unfortunately, changing the payment method is not possible.
Can I send multiple returns in one package?
Yes, of course! This saves costs and reduces unnecessary transport. Please enclose the delivery notes for the respective orders with your package so we can correctly assign the return.
How can I avoid returns?
We know that returns aren't always avoidable. Nevertheless, there are some tips that can help reduce them. This saves time and stress, while also protecting the environment by reducing transport and packaging materials, among other things.
- Use our size guide: Use the model's stated height as a guide and use our size guide. Here you'll find helpful information about the fit.
- Size charts and taking measurements: Measure your body accurately and compare them with our size charts to find the right size.
- Pay attention to product information: Read the product descriptions carefully and look at photos, for example, in our Instagram feed.
- Shop consciously: Every purchase has an ecological impact. Before you buy, consider whether you really need the product. Does it fit into your wardrobe? Do you perhaps already have a similar item?

What is DIRTS PRE-LOVED?
We've been around since 2014, and it's been our long-held dream to offer our own secondhand collection. With DIRTS PRE-LOVED, this has finally become a reality, and we can set another stone rolling for the sensible use of clothing. This also demonstrates the quality and durability of our products.
We offer all DIRTS lovers a platform to share their DIRTS PRE-LOVED garments. By sharing DIRTS garments, we hope to further contribute to reducing textile waste and raise awareness for responsible consumerism.

How can I contribute clothing?
To contribute clothing to DIRTS PRE-LOVED, simply send an email to team@dirts.eu with the following information:
- What clothing items would you like to send in? (e.g., T-shirts, hoodies) + sizes
- A photo of the clothes would be helpful
Important : The clothes must be clean, washed and in good condition and of course free of dirt!
As a thank you, you'll receive a voucher worth 25% of the PRE-LOVED retail price per item (e.g., a sweater for €40 = €10 voucher value). You can also use the voucher to reimburse your shipping costs.
Our DIRTS PRE-LOVED project focuses on re-wearing garments to reduce textile waste. It's not about making money, but simply covering the costs involved (such as processing, labor, and voucher value) and making a positive contribution to sustainability in the fashion industry. We'd love for you to share this approach with us!
