Shipping within Germany

  • DHL GO GREEN (2–3 business days): €4.90

  • Free shipping for orders over €180.00

Shipping to Austria

  • DHL (3–4 business days): €8.90

Local Delivery

  • Bicycle courier fee: €3.00

  • Applies to all delivery addresses within a 25 km radius of Aschaffenburg

  • Delivery is made by bicycle through our staff

Self Collection

  • Free of charge

  • You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup

  • Pickup location: DIRTS Office, Lange Str. 29, 63741 Aschaffenburg

Returns

Please use our RETURNS PORTAL.

We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal. However, please note that unfortunately we cannot provide free returns. In our product descriptions, we try to describe our sizes as precisely as possible in the hope that returns will not be necessary.

In the event of a return, you will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself. The return shipping costs of €4.90 will be deducted from your refund.

For an exchange, however, we will of course send you the new item free of shipping costs. In the case of an exchange, no return costs will be charged.
