• Bicycle courier fee: €3.00
• applies to all delivery addresses within 25km of Aschaffenburg 
• Delivery is made by bicycle by our employees

Self pickup

• free of charge
• An email will be sent as soon as the goods are ready for collection

We have a 30-day right of withdrawal. But please note that we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns. In our product descriptions we try to describe our sizes as accurately as possible and hope that returns will not be necessary in the first place. In the case of a return, please pay the Return costs will be incurred. The return costs of €4.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you exchange an item, we will of course send you the new item free of charge. This means that there are no return costs for an exchange.
